About the Role 👇🏼
As our UX/UI Design Intern, your mission is to question, rethink, and reimagine the user experience of our platform from the ground up. You’ll work closely with our frontend and backend developers, as well as the operations team who use the tools daily.
This is not just a polish-the-corners role—you’ll get to lay the design foundation for the next generation of Sid’s platform.
Audit Our Existing Platform: Explore what we’ve built and ask the tough questions—what works, what doesn’t, and why?
Redesign Core Workflows: Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes that make our tools more intuitive, efficient, and scalable.
Shape the Design System: Help us define a consistent design language across the platform (colors, typography, components, layout).
User-Centered Design: Work directly with internal users to understand needs, pain points, and opportunities.
Collaborate with Devs: Work side-by-side with our frontend team (JetAdmin-based), turning your designs into working features.
About You 👇🏼
You’re not just a visual designer—you’re a systems thinker with a strong sense of empathy and curiosity. You love asking why, turning complexity into clarity, and designing with purpose.
You should apply if:
You’ve worked on design projects before (school, freelance, side projects—whatever, we care more about your thinking than your CV).
You have experience with Figma (or similar tools) and know how to create wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
You think in terms of user flows, not just screens.
You love solving problems and simplifying things.
You want to make a real impact in a fast-moving environment.
You’re available for a full-time internship and excited to be part of a small, passionate team.
Nice-to-Haves:
Interest or experience in low-code platforms like JetAdmin or Retool.
Some knowledge of frontend basics (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
An eye for both UX and UI—clear flows and delightful interfaces.
Experience conducting user interviews or usability testing.
