About the Role 👇🏼


As a LinkedIn Strategy & Content Creation Intern, your primary focus will be to develop and execute a strategic plan to elevate our founder’s personal brand and transform LinkedIn into a key sales channel for new customers.


This hands-on role will involve both strategic thinking and practical execution, with plenty of opportunities to make a real impact. If successful, your work could also extend to supporting other team members’ LinkedIn presence.


Here's what you'll do:


  • Develop & Execute Strategy: Create a LinkedIn content strategy and implement it step by step.

  • Daily Posts: Write and publish engaging daily posts to increase reach and visibility.

  • Engagement Management: Respond to comments, connect with relevant individuals, and foster conversations.

  • Influencer Outreach: Identify and engage with key influencers to amplify reach.

  • Content Creation: Design images, videos, and mockups for posts using tools like Figma or Photoshop.

  • Video Production: Capture and edit short videos at the office, adding subtitles and visual enhancements.

  • Automation: Utilize tools like Skylead, LinkedClient, or similar to automate outreach efforts.

  • Partner & Media Identification: Identify relevant podcasts, YouTube channels, blogs, and potential partnerships to grow our network and visibility.

  • Expand to the Team: Once the initial strategy for the founder’s profile (Rikard Jonsson) is successful, replicate and customize the approach for other team members (e.g., Iris Ekman).


Its not essential you have all, just the idea is that you can handle one/or more of them.

This internship is ideal for someone who is both strategic and hands-on. You’re a creative thinker with a passion for social media and an interest in learning how LinkedIn can drive business growth.


You’d be a great fit if you:


• Are confident in your communication skills and can craft engaging content.

• Have experience or interest in working with tools like Figma, Photoshop, or similar for visual content creation.

• Are curious and proactive, eager to experiment and learn.

• Have a basic understanding of LinkedIn as a platform and how to engage with its audience.

• Are organized and can manage multiple tasks effectively.
