About Sid:


Sid is a managed service that helps B2B companies target social media advertising towards key decision-makers within their Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Our mission is to empower B2B SaaS companies to build brand positioning, social proof, and trust through precise and effective advertising.


We offer a cost-efficient, flexible solution that combines advanced targeting technology, creative advertising, and data-driven insights to help our clients grow.


As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic and strategic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our team and lead the development and execution of our technology vision.

About the Role:


As our CTO, you will be at the forefront of driving Sid’s technology strategy and execution. You will play a critical role in shaping our product roadmap, scaling our platform, and ensuring we deliver the best possible experience to our clients. You will lead a team of developers, collaborate closely with our product and operations teams, and directly impact how we help B2B companies achieve their growth goals.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Technology Strategy: Define and implement a clear technology vision and strategy aligned with Sid’s business objectives and growth plans.

  • Product Development: Oversee the development and enhancement of Sid’s software platform, ensuring it meets customer needs and delivers a seamless user experience.

  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Platform Scalability: Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of our platform as we grow our client base and expand our product offerings.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to align on product features, user experience, and technical requirements.

  • Technology Stack Management: Manage and optimize our technology stack, including cloud infrastructure, databases, APIs, and integration with ad platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads).

  • Data Management: Oversee data strategy, including analytics, reporting, and insights to ensure our clients can effectively measure and optimize their campaigns.

  • Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, continuously bringing new ideas to enhance our product and service offering.



Qualifications:


  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or similar senior technology leadership role, preferably within a SaaS or AdTech company.

  • Strong background in software development with a deep understanding of modern technology stacks, cloud infrastructure, and agile methodologies.

  • Experience in leading and scaling high-performing engineering teams.

  • Expertise in data-driven decision-making and implementing data management strategies.

  • Familiarity with social media advertising platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads) and the ability to integrate and leverage these platforms effectively.

  • A strategic mindset with strong business acumen and the ability to align technology initiatives with overall business goals.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • A passion for innovation, problem-solving, and staying ahead of industry trends.
